Interesting little rep scheme for today’s wod, looks easy but add up the reps and it will be clear that this is a lot of work. Try to have a good plan going into this so that it doesn’t just become a slog through. Most of these sets should be done unbroken with quick transitions between. KB swings are American but if your shoulder mobility doesn’t allow for that, go with a Russian swing and maybe up the weight a bit
