Lots of bar work today so that means good preventative hand care! If you feel like a rip is starting to happen, scale the reps or sub the movement. Having a mitt full of hamburger isn’t going to help your long term training and those fb posts of scabbed hands are so 2014 😉
In all seriousness, this is a big volume day so really judge where you are at and make sure you pick an appropriate level so that you can continue to make progress at a reasonable level and not have it turn into slogfest
