Over the last few months, the Friday Night Fight attendance has dropped off significantly. It may be because everyone has been enjoying the beautiful Friday afternoon/evenings in the sun 😉 We will be cancelling this class off of the schedule immediately until further notice (No 6:30pm class Fridays). If this is a class that you would like to attend in the future, please inform Sandy (admin@crossfitzone.ca) or your coach when you see them. If there is enough interest to we will bring it back soon.
