FRONT SQUATS are the strength component for today’s effort.  You will want to add some warm up for your front rack position to your warm up.  Find some ideas at the following link.

When you are doing mobility work, keep the test/retest philosophy in mind.  Test your ability to get into position prior to starting.  Perform your mobility drills then take time to retest.  If you do not see a marked improvement consult with your coach.  Maybe you need some different techniques, or need to do the ones you are using differently.  This mobility stuff is not a one size fits all kind of thing.  You really need to take ownership of your mobility limits and chase after that optimal positioning by searching out the most gnarly spots and work on them.  Going thru the motions will not get you results.
