Work out Wednesday

Get through the first round quick and then settle into a good pace
for the middle rounds. The push-ups will get hard for most people after the first
round or two, so plan on breaking them up early so you can keep strict form (no
sagging or letting your thighs or knees leave the ground last). Make up time on
the toes to bar and box jumps if you can. Change up the grip on the toes to bar
(narrow, wide, mixed grip, etc.) to save your hands and avoid blisters/rips.
