For quite sometime you have seen “Extra Credit” programmed in the workout. What is the Extra Credit? It is a skill or workout that is programmed for after the workout and class is completed. This is not a mandatory part of the day, but you are welcome to stick around after class, out of the way of the next class to complete. Doing the extra work will give you a little more volume of training to elicit the gains and results that you are looking for to improve at CrossFit, your sport or achieve your personal goals.
