What’s Your 105 Flash Mob Wrap-up

Thanks to everyone who came out to support the flash mob workout that took place
this past Saturday (105 days prior to the swim). We went around to high traffic
areas doing squats, lunges, jacks, box jumps and pushups. We were able to convince a
few people to join along the way 🙂

The goal was to get people active in the community and setting personal
health/fitness goals and we are on the way of achieving it.
