After tallying up the scores for the month, it was very close!!! The Cup will be heading downtown to Pembroke Street for the Month of February. Thanks to everyone who took part in the one minute of burpees. There were some pretty outstanding burpee scores, lots in the 30’s!
Westshore had 33 athletes complete the challenge with an average score of: 22.48 burpees
Downtown had 70 athletes complete the challenge with an average score of: 23.14 burpees

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)
This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.
Athletes that are used to doing RX or Games Prep are allowed to complete this full workout.
Zone 3: Isabel – 30 Snatches for time (RX – 95/135lbs)
Zone 2: scale snatch weight as needed, but something challenging
Zone 1: scale as needed
Cash Out – roll and stretch out the shoulders
