Buy In – Shoulder Press, 6 x 1 rep. Build up over the course of the six sets to a heavy single rep. Ideally, sets 4-6 should be above 90% of your 1RM
WOD – “A kneed to run”
Elite – For time:
- run 800m
- 20 burpees
- 20 knees to elbows
- run 500m
- 15 burpees
- 15 knees to elbows
- run 400m
- 10 burpees
- 10 knees to elbows
- run 200m
- 5 burpees
- 5 knees to elbows
Zone 2 – scale knees to elbows to double crunch, scale distance if needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
