On Sunday November 25th something a little different is happening at Crossfit Zone, we’ll be training MovNat all day.
I’m renting out the gym and teaching an intro to MovNat. You’ll learn the core techniques of walking, balancing, running, climbing, crawling, jumping, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching. More importantly you’ll learn mindfulness, adaptability and efficiency all while performing practical movements.
Lucky for you, Coach Craig is the only MovNat Level 1 & 2 Certified Trainer in Western Canada. You will not find a MovNat workshop this close and this affordable for a while.

Buy In – EMOTM complete 10 KB swings with a challenging weight (55/70 – RX) for 7 rounds
Zone 2 – scale weight as needed
Zone 1 – scale to 3-5 rounds
WOD – “Moonwalk”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
Run 200M
5 Wall Walks
10 Toes to bar
Zone 3 – scale wall walks to as close to the wall as you can
Zone 2 – scale toes to bar as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed, scale wall walks to pushups
Cash Out – Mobility Goat
