WOD: Snatch and Squat Ladder
With a continuous running clock perform:
• 1 snatch and one overhead squat the first minute
• 1 snatch and two overhead squats the second minute
• 1 snatch and three overhead squats the third minute
Continue until you cannot complete the prescribed repetitions
within the minute
Elite: 65/95
Zone 4: 55/75
Zone 3: 45/55
Zone 2: 35/45
Zone 1: 25/35
Cash-Out: 200 double unders/600 single skips

Oh yeah, 7am workout baby. It’s currently 4:38am, so I should be awake by the time the WOD roles around. I blame Crossfit for my sleep interruption. My brain won’t stop working.
I can relate….it is impossible, UNPOSSIBLE even, to sleep in. Had you told me you were doing the 7am WOD today, I would have joined you!
Looks like 14 rounds + 13 is the score to beat….I think to fairly say I beat you I would have to be 16+ rounds since I didnt do the beast of a workout that was Rambo, yesterday.
We will see at 6pm this evening!
Spidey is killing it of late… although that is the slowest I think I’ve ever seen him run yesterday 😉 I almost thought I had a chance until I tried to start running…. haha. Took a 20s “I might puke” break down Fisgard, good times.
