The Whole Life challenge is back and is starting on January 11th, 2014. I am sure everyone could use some type of accountability program when it comes to their nutrition, supplementation and workouts after the holiday season. If you are interested in registering, go to: https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/wlcnewyear2014/ and select CrossFit Zone for your affiliate. What a great way to start of f 2014! Who is going to register? You have up to midnight on the 10th to register. If you are unfamiliar what the WLC is, ask your Coach for more info.
uring the Whole Life Challenge, you will notice improvements in your workouts, body composition and energy levels. The best way to see the improvement, is by testing the official workout and doing measurements, here is the workout:
Complete as many reps as possible (AMREP) in 11 minutes of:
800m Run (1/2 mile); followed by
75 Squats; followed by
50 Sit ups; followed by
25 Push ups; followed by
as many Burpees as possible in time remaining.
Count ALL reps (squats, sit ups, push ups, and burpees)
as your score.
EXAMPLES:
1. If you complete the all squats (75) and 25 sit ups,
your score would be 100.
2. If you complete the all the squats (75), sit ups (50)
and push ups (25), plus 5 burpees, your score would
be 155.
