… Until the first workout in the Open is released!  We will be doing the Open workouts that are released for the WOD each Friday.  The first Open workout is released on Thursday, February 27th and we will be completing it on Friday, February 28th.

For those that are taking part in the Open, we are having athletes complete it at the Friday Night Fights time (6:30pm class).  We will schedule heat times that you can sign up for when you  get to the gym.  We will also have another available time for those that are not able to make it Friday, on Saturdays.

We want to build up as much energy around the workouts, so we we are hoping that those that are available to take part on Friday night come out.  We are also looking for judges and cheerleaders to support the athletes!
