Buy-in: 3 rounds of – 5 goblet squats, 5 dowel dislocates, 7 perfect wallballs
WOD: “Broadside”
This is a partner workout and as such is a combination of work and rest. If there are uneven numbers, you may do the workout solo or team up and make a trio with two people going at the same time. Your total time for your team to do the wod is your score.
5 rounds for time of:
- Row 300
- 10 Overhead Squats (65/95)
- One partner does both the row and the squats then rests while the other partner goes. Both partners must do 5 rounds of rowing and squats each.
Zone 3: Scale squats to 55/75
Zone 2: scale squats as needed
Zone 1: scale workout as needed
