Team,
We’re pretty lucky to have a great place to train and to have amazing people to train with. CrossFit Zone goes beyond the “WOD” and brings people closer together through mutual struggle and a desire to become more fit and healthy.
The awesome thing is that places just like ours are dispersed all around the globe… and are becoming more numerous as the months and years pass. Just ask any one of our members who have traveled and visited another CrossFit box – overwhelmingly you’ll find a very similar sense of community and be welcomed through the doors.

Zone 3 – scale weight of kettlebell 20/40
Zone 2 – scale weight of kbs and wallballs as needed, 400m row each round
