Let`s give a big shout out to AJ! She has graduated to a COACH!!! AJ started apprenticing with us in October and flew through our 3 level apprentice course in 5 months. You will no longer see AJ apprentice coaching at the 5:30pm Monday or 4:30pm Wednesday. Come say hi to her Monday – Thursday am at the 7am class.
AJ brings lots of personality to her classes as well as some sweet dance moves, but don`t let that fool you…. don`t dare be late or misbehave in her class or she just might make you do burpees!
AJ has developed a great eye for technique and has lots of tools in her tool box to make you a better athlete.
CONGRATS AJ! We are very happy to have you a part of the coaching team at the Zone 🙂
