WOD –  “Clean and Jerk Ladder”

EMOTM for 20 minutes complete:

1 Clean and Jerk

* Increase weight each round, starting with a light weight/bar – focusing on technique as you build up in weight

* Score equals max weight lifted in one set

Zone 2 – complete 3 Front squats followed by 3 presses focusing on technique, not load
Zone 1 – scale as needed

Cash Out – 5 Way shoulder stretch
