Today’s Workout
Buy-in – Assemble into teams of 3 with people who usually do the same Zone as you. Make an awesome name – today’s theme is PIRATES!! Spend a few minutes getting warmed up and strategizing for the workout
WOD: “Walk the Plank”
For time (as a team – split the workload up as needed)
- 3000m of rowing (running monitor – all metres traveled count)
- 60 thrusters (65/95)
- 60 kettlebell swings (30-35/45-55)
- 60 box jumps (20/24)
Only one person working at a time, again you can split the workout up however you like but each team member has to contribute at least 1 rep and 1 metre in all movements!
Zone 2 – scale row to 2400m, thrusters to 45/65, box jumps as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
