Buy In – EMOTM complete 5 KB swings for 10 rounds. Try to lift a heavier weight than you do for the 10 rep test.

For time:
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
All the reps must be completed before you move to the next exercise
Make sure that all the pushups are with a tight body position and no worming. Coaches feel free to make the class do hand release if chests are not touching the ground
Partner Option – break up the reps as needed
Zone 3 – scale to 75 reps of each
Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups, consider 50 reps of each
Zone 1 – scale as needed
Cash Out – Couch stretch, and band stretch for lats and chest
