Bob Harper Talks CrossFit

Original image courtesy of Men’s Fitness

I stumbled across this little video on YouTube, and I had to smile.  Personally, I’m a big fan of “Biggest Loser” trainer Bob Harper to begin with.  And recently I saw on the show that he’s promoting CrossFit-esque movements and workouts.  I think this is fantastic.  While I cringe a bit when I think of the whole publicity boom that CrossFit is getting already due to Reebok, I think that having someone on board who is as fired up about fitness as Bob Harper can only be a good thing.

Check out this video of him talking shop and sweating through a dot.com WOD at his home box, Brick CrossFit, in West Hollywood.  He says a lot of note-worthy things, plus it’s kind of fun to see someone who usually dominates in life come in last in a WOD… 😉  (Side note: it appears that everyone at Brick CrossFit is a ‘Chalk Whore’!)
