Bring it back!

Is there a workout that you have done with us that you thoroughly enjoyed?  Is there a workout that you saw, but you were unable to make it in to the gym that day?

If there is a workout that you would love us to bring back, please post it to the comments section!

Over time, we bring back in workouts that we have done in the past as we see fit to add to the programming.  Please be aware that if you don’t see your choice wod in the programming right away, it will come back in time when it fits with the master plan 😉

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – Pistol review (10 min)

Overhead Squat 5 x5  reps E3M, increasing weight each set

WOD“Rowing Jane”

For time:
1000M row
then-
4 rounds of:
10 Burpees
10 Pullups

Games Prep – do butterfly pullups
Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups
Zone 1 – scale as needed

Cash Out – Hold couch stretch for 3 minutes per side, use a rubber band as a distraction for a deeper stretch if needed

  1. Barbara, everything but the kitchen sink, drill the skill, get up get down, and i think i am going to regret saying this one but "12 days of christmas".
