The Canada West CrossFit Games Regionals is next weekend (April 27-29) in Vancouver, and it’s going to be EPIC! Now that the WODs have been released, it’s evident that this will be an event that you won’t want to miss watching…
With that said, who among you plans on going to Vancouver for the weekend to watch? If you’re heading over at any point for this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday event, please post to the comments section! We’re hoping to facilitate some different carpools so that folks can travel together and keep costs down.
If you’re driving, be sure to post here with what time you plan on heading over on the ferry, and how many seats you have available in your car. If you plan on heading to Vancouver and don’t yet have a ride, post that here as well!

* Make a Team name by melding both partner’s names together 😉
* Set up the equipment
* Coaches take the class through a dynamic warmup.
WOD – “Partner Ladies”
With a partner, complete the following benchmark workouts. One person may work at a time, and you can break up the reps as you like:
“Fran”
21-15-9 reps of:
Thrusters (65/95lbs)
“Elizabeth”
21-15-9 reps of:
Cleans (95/135lbs)
Ring Dips
“Diane”
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift (155lbs/ 225lbs)
Handstand pushups
Zone 3 – scale all weights as needed
Zone 2 – scale gymnastic movements as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
Cash Out – Group stretch. Follow the leader, folks!
