Special guest coach Conway tomorrow. I’m away learning how to be better at things. Tomorrow is a bit different than hp has been leading up to the open but will still be a hard push…. Have fun!
We’ll kick off our final open workout time tomorrow at 9:30. The plan for afterwards is to hang out, fire up the BBQ and laugh and eat. We will also tally up all the food donations and maybe even award a trophy 😉 Last open workout so let’s hit it hard!
