Hey guys, we are back from Huntington Beach! I hope you had a nice break, because now it is time to get back into the gym and rock and roll! The trip was a great experience for the team and everyone worked hard and learned lots. I would like to congratulate Krista, Shannon and Darren who just became CrossFit Level 1 certified. Way too go team, you did a great job! You will see these trainers helping out in the classes and eventually taking over their own classes. Feel free to ask any of them for help on the CrossFit skills.
