13.5 Aftermath
Who remembers 13.5 from last year? Or who has blocked out that memory. This workout is even shorter than the one yesterday, so it is even more important to get your heart rate up at least once before beginning. My word of advice is, no matter how fresh you feel, don’t do the first round of thrusters unbroken. It will prevent you from stringing more reps together in the later sets. Break it up and take a 3-5 second rest in between sets.
