It MUST be Spring if Easter is almost here! Easter Holidays mean long weekend hours for us here at the gym.
Please make the following adjustments to your calendars:
We will be open on Good Friday, April 6th and Easter Monday, April 8th for the 9:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. classes ONLY, and we will run the Saturday, April 7th 10:00 a.m. class ONLY. (The Saturday 11:00 a.m. Intro class is TBA.)
We hope you all spend your spare time with family and friends, and have something delicious to eat! Just stay away from those chocolate eggs… 😉

Buy In – 5 x 3 reps of hang squat snatch|

5 rounds for time:
- Run 200M
- 15 KB swings (35/55)
- 5 HSPUs
Games Prep – try to use parallettes for your HSPU, or increase the KB weight to 55/70lbs or do the KB swings unbroken, penalty for breaking them up is 5 reps of your biggest Goat!
Zone 3 – scale HSPU to 1 ab mat
Zone 2 – scale HSPU as needed, scale KB to 20/35lbs
Zone 1 – scale to 3-4 rounds
Cash Out: MWOD
* Roll out calves, quads, hammies with a foam roller
* Roll out shoulders with a lacrosse ball between the spine and shoulder blade
