Buy In – Coach led dynamic warmup, really focusing on warming up the calves, shoulders, hamstrings and hips. Then, find a partner!
WOD –
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200M Med Ball Run (14/20lb)
- Max Double Unders
* Partner 1 starts with the ball, while partner 2 does max double unders
* When partner 1 comes back, they switch
* Score = max double unders
Zone 2 – scale to single skips, scale ball weight as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
Cash Out – Ball toss for accuracy into plyo boxes
