Lately I have been noticing many people skipping the mobility at the end of the wod. The team here is wondering if you would like us to throw in some mobility that is relevant to the wod of the day? Please post to comments or send me a note at jon@crossfitzone.ca.
While we are on the topic of the beginning of class. I also noticed that people are warming up their vocal chords instead of warming up their bodies. Warming up is an important part of exercise. It helps to prepare your energy systems, lubricate joints, and get you in a better mental state to perform. So while your talking and catching up please work yourself through the crossfit warm up, some skipping, 1k on the erg, or really anything that elevates your heart rate.
