Congratulations to Marie-eve for working her way through the apprentice program! She has been one of our fastest graduate to date. It was through her previous coaching experience as a junior coach at CrossFit CapOp, a go get-em attitude, and her passion for CrossFit that made her an ideal candidate.Nick Name: at CapOp, they called me “doctor” or “rocket scientist”! I will soon find out at the Zone who I will be referred to…
Favourite WOD: Cindy
Goat: Thrusters
Favourite Lift: Deadlift
How did you get into CrossFit?: A Lululemon running ambassador convinced me to do the trial class followed by the 2-week foundations classes at his crossfit box. I was not so inclined because, as I told him, I was not attracted by lifting heavy and competing with my peers so I gave myself three months to decide wether or not I liked that sport… before the first month was over I was hooked!
How long have you been doing CrossFit for? August 2011
Benchmark PR: baseline 4min 41sec
Hobbies: space exploration, extreme weather, nutrition, traveling, dining out, coffee, wine, enjoying life!
Goal: personally: continuing to improve as a crossfitter to be able to do all WoDs as Rx, as well as becoming a jedi one day… generally: helping people to get healthier by practicing crossfit and following a paleo-like
Credentials:
Crossfit Level 1 Trainer
Crossfit Zone Level 3 Apprentice Program
Next time you see her say Félicitations!
