Just a quick reminder that the Athlete Send Off party is this Saturday starting at 2pm at Lucas’s house (check the posters in the gym for the location).

Just a few housekeeping details…

• We have a BBQ for your meat.
• Dogs are semi-welcome: they have to be very well behaved and NOT running/crapping in the neighbor’s yards.
• Please also respect the neighbors by trying not to park on their grass. It’s a fairly narrow residential street, so be conscious of whether or not your car is blocking the road. (Carpooling is a great idea!!!)
• We will have some fun stuff to play with – volleyball net, slackline, climbing rope, etc. So dress however you like! IF you are feeling brave you can bring a bathing suit for some ocean ice bathing.

Rebecca has kindly got a $500 Chef’s table donated from Earls.  We are selling off tickets $5 for 1, $10 for 3.  There are about 40 tickets sold so far, get your tickets (Cash Only) ASAP. I will keep the raffle open until Saturday for sure.  We may extend the date depending on how many tickets sell.

Thank you to all the generous sponsors who have kindly donated money to the team in lieu of sponsorship on the Team and Zone Crew shirts.  T-shirts will be in the gym for sure by Friday, May 31st, hopefully today to pick up.  I will post on Facebook and to the website when they come in.  Sizes and t-shirts are limited, so if you want yours make sure to bring your CASH in ASAP ( we will not be accepting debit or credit cards).   Bring in your $20 minimum donation for the shirt.
