Gearing up for the Open

The Open is coming up very soon,  starting at the end of February or the beginning of March.  We have 8-9 weeks to get ready for it, so we will be testing the previous years open workouts to see how much you have improved over the last year, (assuming they will bring some of the same workouts back) and where you are not as strong.

This week we will be hitting up the 2013 Open workouts.  Choose one day to be a competition day where you go all out and try to hit a PR  (recommendation – your weakest workout last year).  Depending on your recovery and previous training volume, you may not be able to go all out and PR on everyone one of these workouts, so scale the workout appropriately
