You may have noticed a different group of athletes training on Tuesday and Friday mornings with Apprentice Coach Matt and myself. We have been training the Gorging Dragon Seniors since the end of September who have been stepping up their game every week as Worlds near closer. The Senior B & C teams are headed to Australia in the beginning of April to compete in the International Dragon Boat Federation’s Club Crew World Championships. Sending lots of strength, power, endurance and luck your way! Keep up the hard work 🙂
