We’re playing around with tools in a different way this week, so expect to see some different WOD structures and atypical movements such as double KB swings, lateral box jumps, and more. We’re still ramping up our volume towards the CrossFit Open, so continue to scale WODS to a level that allows you to still perform quality reps even under high volume. We’ve also got a classic “girl” WOD lined up later in the week, so leave a little in the tank building up to that.
Today’s skill work also has wallballs included after deadlifts to improve metabolic conditioning when paired with heavy monostructural work. Enjoy that.
