Gratitude and Happiness

The Whole Life Challenge is one of many opportunities out there to step up to the challenge of making positive changes in your life and/or lifestyle.  This idea is part of a 40 day Mind – Body – Spirit Project, and seems like it could fit into the Whole Life concept.

Whether you are doing the WLC or not, you might write down and deposit what you are grateful for every morning and what the happiest part of your day was every evening before you go to bed, as the originator of the idea did.  Or maybe give the jars different labels that mean something to you, using the idea to help keep yourself motivated.  When the challenge is finished, it would be pretty interesting to look back at the papers in the jar.
