Whole Life Challenge – Food cheat sheet

The Whole Life Challenge is about to begin!  We will be testing the prelim workout on Saturday, September 7th at Esquimalt Gorge Park at 10am.  Come join us if you would like to do it with the group.  If you are unable to test your workout at this time, you are welcome to arrange a time to come in to either location to do the workout on your own time.  If you have not registered yet, go to: https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/wlcfall2013/partners/crossfitzone
