Guest Days is here!

Today is our first Guest Days! Bring all the lil rascals you know to either location!

Attend any class you would like. YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 minutes early (or the coach will ask you to take the next class) to fill out a waiver and meet the coach! Show your guest through the warm up and be ready for class at go time. All guests are free!

Today’s Workout:

Buy In –  Coach led mobility followed by a Dynamic Warmup
4 rounds:
15 seconds jumping jacks
15 seconds squats
15 seconds mountain climbers
15 seconds pushups

WOD“Stitches”

AMRAP in 12 minutes

P1: 100M Med Ball Run (14/20)
P2: KB Swing (35/55) (Score)
P3: Burpee Box Jump (20/24) (Score)

Partner 1 sets the time for the rest of the stations.  When partner 1 comes back from the run, partners move to the next station. The workout is scored by max reps from all partners in the KBS and Burpee box jumps.

Games prep – up the box height to 24/30
Zone 2- scale KB as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed, add a rest station

Cash Out – Group stretch / roll out
