Buy In – “Baseline”
Compare to October 23, 2012. Can you hit a PR? Can you make it on to the leaderboard?
If there are not enough ergs, sub in SDHP (50 reps) or running (400M)
For Time:
- 500M row
- 40 Squats
- 30 Situps
- 20 Pushups
- 10 Pullups
Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups and pushups
Zone 1 – scale as needed
WOD –
EMOTM for 5 minutes complete 3 Back Squats at 85% of 1RM
* If you don’t know your 1RM ask your coach to prescribe a weight for you
Zone 3 – scale to 70-75%
Zone 2 – scale to 50-60%
Zone 1 – scale to a light weight focusing specifically on technique
* coaches make sure to give some rest time after the baseline and time to work up to squatting weight before starting the clock.

thanks guys… it was a nice little contest that kept me motivated over the holidays.
My oldest daughter (she's 12) kept pushing me and even dropped down and did a number of push ups too. She hit 300… a crossfitter in the making!!
