*** Competition Day – When doing CrossFit, it is important to push yourself and take yourself close to that “cliff” to see how hard you can push yourself. A lot of people, including myself get very comfortable with not pushing themselves to their full potential. It is time to get “comfortable with the uncomfortable”. In saying this, if you are new to CrossFit, I am not talking to you. This is not something that you will be able to do every time that you train or you will get to the point that you never want to push hard or overtrain. So once a week, I will be posting under the wod if it is a competition wod. In this workout, we want you to go as hard as you can, hit a PR!!!!
