The time has come.  Get your costumes, minds, and bodies ready…. this will be a fun one gang!

Buy – in:  Gather ghoulish teams of 4 – similar strengths and sizes, create a devilish moniker

WOD:  The Monster Mashup

Part 1:  Human Rotisserie Squats

  •  For time:  80 squats, split up as needed
  • 1 team member suspended on bar held on each end by two other members… squats ensue.
  • Roast the human well – deep squats only 🙂

Part 2:  Satan’s rowboat

  • 8minutes for max meters… wait and see on this one

Part 3:  Pumpkin Jumpin

  • 4 rounds for time of 2 lengths of gym (each member) broad jumps holding a medicine ball followed by 40 sequential team burpees

Part 4:  Monster Mash/Thriller Dance off

  • 1 minute of dancing, 1 member each team, 1 winner each round for 4 rounds

Cash-out:  Candy Time!
