How are your pushups?

It is almost that time of the month…. Are you ready to retest your pushups?  Do you think that you have improved over the month? We will be retesting our pushups starting on Monday! Make sure to get your retesting in before the end of the week.

What do you want February`s Skill of the Month to be?

Here is your chance to try to persuade me in why we should be working on a certain skill this month. Post to the comments the skill that you want to be chosen and why.

  1. Ring dips or pull-ups. I agree with Craig about ring dips slowing you down in a WOD for sure. And I also vote for pull-ups because there are so many supporting exercises that can be done to help the pull-up (arch rocks, hollow-rocks, beat-swings).

  2. ring dips. I'd also like to vote against using the pull up bars for any kind of max reps until the weather gets warmer.
