We are starting to get quite a collection of lost and found items at the gym. We don’t have enough room here to store everyone’s clothes and water bottles. Over the holiday season when we are closed, we will be cleaning out the gym. Please come down and see if you have left anything behind. If there is anything left behind after the Thursday night classes, it will be either thrown out or given to someone who really needs it.

- Jackets / hoodies
- T-shirts
- Shorts
- Chalk
- Dishes from potluck events

* Row 300m (ladies), Row 400m (gents)
* 15 burpees
Zone 3 – 4 rounds
Zone 2 – 3 rounds
Zone 1 – scale as needed
