Great job to all the Zoner’s that came out on Saturday for the Kelly Challenge Finals! If was a rough go with this challenge, lots of people had been sick over the last 2 months or away and not able to train. Way to push through it! I wanted to send out a special thanks to Brigit for helping me organize the groups 🙂

There was a mistake on the results, apparently b’s math isn’t perfect 😉 So Sean B’s improvement time was 2:25, not 2:35. So that means that Conrad had the most improvement (2:34). But he did not enter the challenge for the prize, so Sean B takes the prize for most improvement.
bad b math
fire her!
Can I wear a Donald Trump wig and use a tacky New York accent when I fire you? 😉
wow…tough one today!! haha beware of that 3rd round mark…def one of those “mental” wods, just remember “its all in your head” and you should be fine!!
Attaboy tommy – best time for today!
I thought the saying was “it’s all in the hips”? Definitely applies to this workout!
