Hey all
I just got back from a really informative Kettle Bell cert and I want
to share with everyone a few of the things I learned. Specifically I
want to blow up the way we are doing our swings and at least show you
guys a different way to approach this. I’m not going to blow your mind
here, it is just a swing, but there are a few tips and tricks we can
add in to be more efficient. So tonight, instead of the
sprints I want to go over some KB stuff. The amount we get through
depends on how many people show up and the pace that everyone picks
stuff up. I don’t anticipate being much more than an hour and this is
100% free and does not count as a class…..I just want to pass along
everything I have learned. I will be looking at doing this a few
times so if you can’t make it, no worries, we will be doing it again
soon
