Today is the last opportunity to test your Widowmaker set for the skill of the month. Please make sure to write your score on the skill of the month sheet so I can tally up the results for the team. If you are doing your widowmaker set today, you may not want to do a heavy front squat in the workout. Feel free to sub in another challenging movement to pair up with the toes to bar or lighten the load. Please ask your coach for the best option.
If you have not tested your max pullups in 2 minutes this week, please get that done today! If you have done all the testing this week, we will have you work on 3 rounds of max effort pullups, with the scaling option you did for your initial test. You will be resting 1 minute in between the sets today and over the month, I will be decreasing the rest in between sets. The goal is to try and maintain the same number of reps each set.
