Today’s Workout
Buy In – Back Squat, 3 sets of 5 reps
* Increase weight each set, working up to a heavy set of 5
WOD – 3 rounds for time:
7 muscle ups
21 db thrusters 35lbs/55lbs
Zone 5 – scale to assisted muscle ups (with a rubber band or jumping)
Zone 4 – scale to 7 chest to bar pullups and 7 ring dips
Zone 3 – scale chest to bar to regular pullups, scale thrusters to 20lbs/35lbs
Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups and dips, scale thrusters as needed
Zone 1 – scale to assisted pullups and pushups
Cash Out – MWOD

* Pigeon pose
