Did you know that with your membership you have a chance to check in and sit down with your coach one on one quarterly? What does this mean?
1. When left to your own devices, you probably won’t bother to check in to see a) where you were 3 months ago, and b) where you want to be 3 months from now.
2. Overachievers (yes, you!) hardly ever look back to admire their accomplishments.
3. Setting goals feels good, but without a specific action plan/steps, you won’t accomplish anything (hence the fruitlessness of New Year’s resolutions without action steps).
