Lower Volume week

Enjoy some downtime like Lloyd 🙂

As you may have noticed that this is has been a lower volume week.  You will notice over the next few months leading up to the Open that we are working in a 28 day cycle.  You will have three weeks of a lot of volume, followed by a slower, lower volume/deload week.  Please take advantage of this week to recover. What I don’t want to see is. well there is less programmed so I will do some extra stuff on my own.  Your body can’t be working at this kind of volume all the time, it needs rest.  If you need to be doing something else, get outside go for a hike, run, bike ride or a swim for active recovery.   You should be pushing pretty hard in the three weeks that you welcome the slower week 😉
