Awesome job on the burpees! Ya bunch a crazyzies…
Didn’t Teresa also complete the Burpee challenge? I believe she might have, but she just didn’t finish them with the group at 3:30. Teresa, am I right?
Sorry gang, posted the wrong WOD, Wacky total is just what the doctor ordered after the Tuesday funtimes…

We shouldn’t forget Teresa, who also completed the 100-day burpee challenge. She cranked out ~400 burpees on the final day! Way to go!
Sorry about that Teresa, I didn’t have a time for her, but she did complete them. Congrats!
100 burpee challenge, that is absolutely incredible! In other words, haven’t done a bench press in a LONG time. Excited to do some! 😛
Way to go Jo!! Did your husband complete them with you?
Jo killed it!! She did it all by herself while a class was running. She said that she thought she would have gone faster if she’d been able to do it with the rest of the group.
Great work everyone!!
Yes indeed I finished the challenge. I timed myself for a set of 50 (3:31) and then 100 (8:56). Took lots of breaks but I got all 469 done on the last day.
Doing the 100 day burpee challenge will make setting any goals in real life a lot easier. Good job everyone who even attempted this. *Standing ovation*
If anyone is interested today there is a fun “mile” race up at the Monkey Tree Pub starting at 6pm tonight.
