I want everyone to welcome our newest coach MAY! He has successfully completed the zones apprenticeship program and will now be leading classes on Mondays at 4:30. heres a little more about him.

How did you get into CrossFit?: When I was searching for something new and different to do, I came across CrossFit and was very intrigued by its concept. I met Lucas December of 2009 who invited me to his intro class. I was hooked on the first day.
How long have you been doing CrossFit for? Since Jan 2011
Benchmark PR: baseline 4:30
Hobbies: Programming, cooking, CrossFit, games (video games, board games, RPG)
Goal: deadlift 3x bodyweight, squat 2x body weight, pull up w/ body weight added and fly
