Yesterday was an amazing day at the Zone!  Our Weekly PR board is already full and it is only Wednesday.  I thought that we should recognize everyone who go a PR today.  A lot of the PR’s were not just a few pounds, they were 10 – 40lbs! Way to go Zoners!

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – Ball Tag – 10 minutes, inside a marked-off rectangle in the gym

WOD – “50-50”

Elite:  5 rounds for time of:

  • 10 chest to bar pullups
  • 10 burpees

Zone 5:  scale to regular pullups

Zone 4: scale to 10 reps burpees and 6 pullups per round

Zone 3: scale to 6 burpees and 2 pullups per round

Zone 2:  scale to 10 burpees and 10 assisted pullups per round

Zone 1:  scale as needed

Cash Out – More funky movement – this time make it slow and stretchy!!
