Buy In – Ball Tag – 10 minutes, inside a marked-off rectangle in the gym
WOD – “50-50”
Elite: 5 rounds for time of:
- 10 chest to bar pullups
- 10 burpees
Zone 5: scale to regular pullups
Zone 4: scale to 10 reps burpees and 6 pullups per round
Zone 3: scale to 6 burpees and 2 pullups per round
Zone 2: scale to 10 burpees and 10 assisted pullups per round
Zone 1: scale as needed
Cash Out – More funky movement – this time make it slow and stretchy!!

it will be interesting to compare times for this WOD to times from the OPT burpee-pullup WOD we did a while back. Same stuff, different organization.
